    Privacy Policy

    Last updated: June 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Digital Ministries LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our websites, use our products, subscribe to communications, or make payments. By using our services you consent to the practices described here.

    1.Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, message content, payment details processed by Stripe), information collected automatically (IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, referrer, approximate location), and information from third-party services you connect (e.g. OAuth providers).

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

    2.How we use information

    • Provide, operate, secure, and improve our products and websites.
    • Process payments, fulfill orders, and send transactional emails (receipts, account, support).
    • Send newsletters and marketing only where you've opted in; you can unsubscribe at any time.
    • Analyze usage to improve performance, measure conversion, and prevent fraud or abuse.
    • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

    4.How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information with vetted service providers acting on our behalf, including:

    • Stripe — payment processing.
    • Supabase / Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, auth, edge functions.
    • Resend / email provider — transactional and newsletter email delivery.
    • Analytics & search — Google Search Console and first-party analytics.
    • AI providers — for features powered by large language models (Lovable AI Gateway, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity). Prompts may be processed by these providers under their terms.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

    5.Cookies and tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and site function, and optional analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage analytics consent via the cookie banner. Disabling analytics will not affect your ability to use the site. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

    6.Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Payment records are generally retained for at least 7 years to comply with tax law.

    7.Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, row-level security on our database, and least-privilege secrets management. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    8.Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EEA, UK, California, and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to: access, correct, delete, or port your data; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights email privacy@digitalministries.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

    9.California (CCPA/CPRA) disclosures

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct inaccuracies, to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising), and to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive data for inferences). Submit requests via the email above.

    10.International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US and other countries. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

    11.Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
